GRIPS & GLOVES

Checklist to getting the right grip for YOU:
 

  1. Newbie? Go with something soft and versatile until your hands get used to the load and as grip strength increases. We recommend Handsfree Grips and Wrap Grips.

  2. Intermediate (1-3 years training)? Something more minimal with more palm-to-bar contact and versatile. Go with 2 Finger Grips, Bat Grips and Handsfree Grips.

  3. Advanced (3+ years training)? A grip specifically for gymnastic moves and some weight lifting for high volume use. Best go with Bat Grips.

  4. On a budget? Handsfree Gloves and chalk at the gym.
