We deliver throughout South Africa as well as internationally to any home/business physical address.

We take deliveries very seriously and as a result endeavour to deliver on time. Delivery times are only guidelines, however, in rare situations deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions; in these instances we will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. We do not offer compensation for any late deliveries. Deliveries are normally made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays) – however Saturday/public holiday deliveries are available and will incur additional surcharges. Saturday/public holiday deliveries must be explicitly requested and orders placed and surcharges paid for in full before 15:00 latest on Friday/before the public holiday.

 

Delivery Time Guidelines in South Africa

"Economy": allow for 2-5 business days for city centres and outlying areas.

"Express": allow for 24-48 business hours from order placement and payment received in full. PLEASE NOTE: for orders placed on Fridays after 15:00 and on weekends the 24-48 business hours begin the next Monday if it is not a public holiday.

Free Deliveries

When free shipping applies then these shall apply only to destinations in South Africa – destinations outside South Africa shall be subject to the applicable courier costs.

Courier to Home/Business Address

Goods will be left at the address specified if no-one is available at the time of delivery. If goods can’t be left at address specified (at the driver’s discretion) they will be returned back to Advance Fitness. Resending these goods to you will incur additional delivery charges.

We recommend having your goods sent to a business address or to ensure someone is available to check and sign for the delivery, in order to permit fast and efficient service. We suggest no P.O. Box or Postnet Suites are used as the shipping address, as none of our shipping partners deliver to these types of addresses.

It is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering goods. Ensure the correct postal code is used when adding your shipping details. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it.
